Main thing is that they did not score, I agree though it was special.
Wests are on the march

| Cracker wasn't it. Maybe only the 3rd best game of the round though. Penrith's comeback against the Warriors was something else and both pale into insignificance compared to the St George v Melbourne game on Friday. Go the Dragons!
Even the Souths v Bulldogs game was a class above anything in Super League. Oh, and the shock of the Raiders smashing the Broncos 56-0.
IT'S AN NRL FRENZY ON MY PC !!!

| Absolutely no idea I'm afraid. Hopefully sky will buy them again. That is if we have to have someone buy the rights. Happy under the current online and FREE arrangement personally. Long may it continue imo!

it's always been the Broncos for me since the days of Alfie Langer/Renouf/Hancock/the Walters brothers et al.....my dream would be to go to the Suncorp to see the Broncos or State of Origin....after seeing the Reds at Wembley or a Grand Final of course

| Don't blame you. Suncorp is a cracker. Only had a brief stay in Brisbane and unfortunately the Broncos were playing away.
Love what the Broncos club stands for. I've read heaps about them recently. Both of Wayne Bennett's autobiographies as well as Shane Webcke's 2nd. All cracking reads.
Wayne Bennett is a big hero of mine. Reason for me following the Dragons. His strength of character and self-belief is highly influential on others and I had no doubt that the Dragons would kick on under his tenure. Low and behold!
He certainly likes a challenge as well. Hmm, is there any bigger challenge than us I wonder???

| Wests all the way for me.
They have always reminded me of Salford in a lot of ways, and we do have a link with them due to the players we have had from them in the past.
The one Grand Final they have won came totally out of the blue and the try Benjii scored is still a classic.
Its easy supporting St George and the Broncos bit like Wigan and Saints
BTW I asked someone at Sky when I was trying to reduce my bill (no chance) about ARL.
They stilldo not know who will get it,but know how popular it is in this country plus Fox are owned by Murdoch who owns Sky so fingers crossed it will come back to them.

Well, like I say, if a tv copmany 'has' to have the rights then sky all the way imo.
Yeah, I've copped a bit following the Dragons but I can honestly say I started to do so before this year. In fact, as soon as Wayne Bennett had signed with them. Suppose i'm more of a fan of Wayne's than the Dragons but hey, they're top of the comp and I'm loving it.
Interesting club Wests Tigers. Dunno if you've ever been to Sydney but the geography of their club always confuses me. They are obviously the merged version of the Wests Magpies and the Balmain Tigers. Wests Magpies are a team based in the the low working class area of the Western suburbs around Campbelltown. About an hour and 20 minutes from the city. Balmain are a club based in Leichardt near to Balmain in the city's inner wes a working to middle class area just 15 minutes from the city. They have absolutely nothing in common really but somehow they are now 1 and the same. To add an extra bit of flavour to this odd mix, the majority of their 'home' fixtures are played out east in the Roosters catchment of Moore Park!
How they ever made it work I'll never know.

Been to the Leichardt Oval and all you see is the old Balmain tops,go to Campbelltown and you only see the old Wests Tops. They do not really mix. Balmain always appear to look down on their more common partners
Another reason I support Wests because my relatives over there have always supported them. They are from the Old Western Suburbs and are from poor working class Irish families but have now done good and live in Cabarita.
You never forger your roots though
BTW The old Western suburbs is now full off Canterbury fans.

| Sure are. Lived in Dulwich Hill which is about 5 minutes from Canterbury for a long while. Before that I lived in Glebe just near Balmain/Leichardt. And before that, Marrickville. All the old Tigers catchment areas which appear to be divide up between the chucks, the dogs and the bunny's these days. Odd city is Sydney. Miss it to bits though...
