i feel sorry for rob parker, he's fighting a losing battle! whilst alker is still at the club he's still going to be looked at as the captain by the vast majority of the squad! For some reason parker is being made a scape goat by sections of the shed.

Parker should not have been given it to be honest as he is new to the team and the long serving people will see this as a slap, i,e littler , fitz, etc should have gone to one of the longer serving players.

parker isnt a bad player he gives his all he nothin special but he has heart.

good shout about parker.dont get me wrong , personally i think we need players like him at the club , but i wonder how we would have coped with the last 3 matches with alker still captain?? we still dont know what went on in jacksonville , and yet you get to know what any high profile footballer gets up to !

i'm a united fan also and we've not gone worse by keeping hold of them? They've adapted there games to suit there age, giggs is playing awesome at the moment! I'm just stating that if we're to improve we need to start thinking about replacing these players in the near future, next season maybe?

thing about them is they where world class players and can still play like that just as you have said adapted there play.

fitz- the bad injury he had messed it up for him as he lost that bit of speed which made him so deadly near the line, alker to be honest never been the best attacking to slow to play the ball but does give 100% he loves this club. littler same as alker on the giving 100% never been the best only thing he has improved is he doesn't give loads of penalties away

i get your point but just giving 100% doesn't mean your going to be good enough for superleague. I Could go out there and give 100% but doesn't mean i'll do well. Just think now with this 3 year licence new blood is needed. We need a top class number 9.

totally agree that what i was meaning to say lol, yea they just aint good enough for super league anymore fair enough we all love alker but its the hooker position that starts the attack every time and we do the same thing over and over again and not with much speed either.

i do agree top class 9 is needed wish we got higham though he would been perfect for are first year. i would like to see ratchford at 9 if mcrea never gonna put him with myler.

till all are outside players are back fit enough to play it be interesting to see if littler gets his position but would they wont to stop his record breaking appearance record.
