Those half time team talks must be fantastic would love to be a fly on the wall.

Bit of a strange game that one - we looked great heading into half time and probably should have been even further ahead than we were. Then a couple of mistakes in the second half and our heads just dropped. I think for about a 15-20 minute period we must have touched the ball about once with a sequence of penalty, try, kick off, penalty, try, kickoff, penalty etc seemingly repeating itself over and over.

Thought we were a little hard done by in terms of some decisions but when you're letting in tries for fun it doesn't really matter at the end of the day.

On a side note did anyone else see Briers in the second half just stop playing and point to try and tell the referee to give a penalty because one of our players was off-side? What an ar$e

Saw exactly the same thing from one of your guys (can't remember who it was) earlier in the game sprinting out of the line before the ball had been played - you play to the whistle though.

My son who is Salford through and through actually said after that debacle today that it is hard work now supporting the team we have at present, and he is finding it seriously hard to find a reason to go to matches.
Now when he says that I know we are in trouble.
Our coach has not a clue and actually said as much on the radio interview.
Maybe this is a blessing in disguise


Ok this year we have beaten some good teams, but the hammerings we have had and the boring rugby played in my view cancels these out.
At the end of the season when the crowds are down to under 2k maybe them Mr Wilkinson will decide enough is enough and make wholesale changes.
Something has to be done or we will lose what little support we have.

Salford got a few tough calls in the 2nd half, specifically when the ref gave 6 more tackles to us when the Salford player never made a play for the ball. Both times we scored a try on the next set! Good game though

I'll be there again come Friday BUT it's just for the love of the club.

Dont watch the second half, and of course the gob$hite Offiah will say Myler had a great game despite playing in a very poor Salford team.

Ratchford for me was again the stand out Salford player, first half we played some good rugby off loading in the tackle, although we could have been down if Warrington had taken there chances in the first half, never felt safe even at half time.
Ref made 3 totally wrong decisions just after half time two resulting in two trys for Warrington.
After that we watched a Salford side who's players did not care enough, I have seen it before; players who have been tapped up & are leaving the club at the end of the season or have not been offered a new contract next just did not care enough. I would rather see the youngsters given a chance at least they will battle & give there best.

McRae I don't rate but we cannot afford to get rid of him as we have no money, lets hope one of the youngsters can step up to the plate.
Changes for next week, don't bet on it?
Finally can anyone tell me if the 50 points to nil in the second half is a record?

is there any point in any of us turning out on friday against wakefield to watch a team who as nothing to play for and who's players dont even show any commitment and dont look interested one bit.. also with a coach who refuses to change a losin team...

would like to see fitzy back in the team friday as changes need to be done and y not give one our youngsters a run owt lewis palfy playin good for the reserves

I would say Stef as at least he was tackling and trying to do things.
For next week he must drop the following
Smith,Sibbett,Myler,Sidlow(unfortunately gone backwards)
And bring in Vaughan, Palfry, Walton, and Turner.
Big Phil on from the start Stappo to the bench.
Put Wilshere on the wing Vaughan at full back Stef and Palfry as the half backs.
Henry and Walton in the centres.
Turner at hooker if fit and Alker second row.
Christ what have we got to lose, no relegation and surely those players can put in a better performance than what we saw in the second half.
If no changes are made expect a crowd of 2k on Friday.
