first off , what a stupid time to tell us the venues. I strugle to see how we are going to fill a stadium if 2 low rate international teams (worse than salford) are playing. hopefully we will have full stadiums and england lifting the world cup. (although it will probley be australia)
It rained for 2 days solid when I was there. And it was pretty grey and grim but the weather won't have helped that outlook I suppose. Nice river there though!
Thought the RFL handled it quite well for all the reasons outlined. Good to know venues in advance so local venues / games can be promoted and planned properly. Better than the usual RL way of doing things at the last minute.
Drip feeding information also helps but up the event. If we announce all the venues a month before then it'll make the tournament look very small time. Think a lot of people are moaning for the sake of it.
