Quote ="Mr James ROwley"Don't worry too much about the future of Jordan Turner up at the KC Stadium.
I'm sure Hull FC head coach Agar will play Turner at either loose forward or stand-off and also I think he will give him a chance with the goal kicking duties from time to time.
In the cold light of day I don't think Jordan Turner wanted to leave Salford City Reds it's my opinion he probably asked for an increase in his wages and knowing the powers that be down at the Willows this was refused with him being a young lad.
Allegedly Hull FC have offered Turner two year deal and something in the region of treble his wages that he is on at Salford City Reds so who can blame this young man for moving on at the end of this season.
Plus lets not forget Salford City Reds will also kop for a payment in the region of £12,000 if and when Jordan Turner moves.'"
The Hull deal was rumoured to be done months back and Turner had no intention of staying at Salford.
It was never a question of Salford offering a low contract because I've been reliabily informed that his agent (Phil Clarke's brother) kept telling the club that they wouldn't discuss new terms until the end of the season.
This was basically a devious plan so Turner would go on virtually a free (Apart from youth player compensation scheme) and be kept in the side, giving him more SL experience.
