| May be delayed as most of club(all bar 3) are in dispute over money according to the bbc sport web site. Something to do with hull paying full contract from October and other clubs thought they had a deal at a lower level of pay.

Super League's restart in August could be under threat because of player unrest over continued pay cuts, says Warrington prop Mike Cooper
Only three teams are believed to have been able to reach an agreement on wage structures with their players for when the season resumes.
That leaves nine clubs unable to return to training prior to the restart until they can negotiate deals with players.
At present the season is expected to restart on 2 August.
The 12 Super League owners had a tacit agreement to continue pay cuts of between 10-15% - introduced when the season was suspended and income streams began to dry up - until the end of 2020.
But the BBC understands that at least one club, Hull FC, have agreed to pay their players in full from October at the latest, and that has led to unrest among players at other clubs who want similar deals.
The issue has been added to the agenda of a Super League meeting on Wednesday, with several owners and chief executives believed to be frustrated by Hull FC's unilateral stance.
Warrington's Cooper has aired his views on the situation.
Speaking on the Micky & Woody Show, an online programme hosted by former Warrington players Paul Wood and Micky Higham, Cooper said: "I think there are only three teams who have agreed what their pay is going to be.
So they're talking about us playing in two weeks and there are only three clubs that have agreed to return to training. As it stands right now, there is no competition."
Sounds like trouble at Mill sad that we have clubs, players falling out in these uncertain times.

| Same thing happened over here in the NRL before it re commenced.
Super league just have to get together with players association and nut out a deal and then all will be on the same page .

| Thinking about it the fixture list is currently irrelevant because without crowds and the use of only 4 venues what does it matter who we are playing.

| Being only top 4 and no relegation - our season is basically over anyways .
we should try and work out very quickly who is going to be with us next year (especially the young ones) and get them as much game time experience as possible for next year

| Think Hull are only paying full wages to players earning up to £30,000, after that its a sliding scale of reductions.

| Article in this weeks League Express page 3, “Fixtures to be Revealed on Wednesday”. Clubs have already received their copy of fixtures, but there’s a variety of issues, predominantly logistics. The idea of using a single venue is hoping Sky will televise more games on that weekend.

| From TRL site today
Super League fixtures will not be released today.
Complications have resulted in competition officials from pushing back the release of the fixtures ahead of the competition’s restart.
Fixtures aren’t expected on Thursday either as work continues to finalise the fixtures.
Club officials met on Wednesday to discuss pay cut disputes running rife through Super League. It’s unclear whether the ongoing uncertainty has played a part in the decision to push back the date on fixtures being released.
The only fixtures known are those that will welcome back the season on August 2nd.
Hull KR will take on Toronto, St Helens will play Catalans and Leeds will play Huddersfield.
Seems to be a lot of unrest throughout the game

| In the interest of the game the teams should be given the fixture lists and told to get on with it. If the clubs are having player issues then they should send out the kids to fulfill their fixtures. However you look at it, it will always be seen as a 'Mickey Mouse' season, the season that never really was, so what does it matter if there is no promotion or relegation. This is all about meeting the contractual requirements with SKY and the game not going under.

| The pro game is hanging on by a thread, clubs need sky money, plus season ticket holders to not insist on refunds, reductions in day to day expenditure and players contracts.
Apart from 2 or 3 clubs we Are all in the same pickle.
From a wealthy club perspective if there’s only 4 teams left playing how can the game survive

Nail on head
It's either this or forget it and neither the clubs. fans or players want that.
Of course, nobody want's to take a cut in pay, for any reason but, faced with this or nothing, it seems an obvious choice.

Just a quick question re players coming off furlough. Did the Chancellor say yesterday, that employers will receive £1000. Per employee that is kept on the company books after furlough ends. Will this apply to players and staff at all sports clubs. I’m sure MC will be looking into this, and I hope clubs are able to claim the money.

The clubs have the fixture lists but they want to retain a degree of flexibility in the hope they can return to their own venues with crowds in October and November. The aim would be to maximise revenue by having as many derbies as possible but as everything is in motion at the moment and not crowds in attendance, issuing a full fixture list now would seem to be low priority.
