It depends when the Super League contracts will cover up to I guess? If it's 31/10 or 01/11 (Why pay someone for long after the season ends), it's likely he could be leaving mid-season if the league is extended until after Christmas as is planned. Same would apply to all out of contract players, including BMM I guess?

If anything, it might end up that the Super League clubs have to pay their NRL clubs in order to finish the season with those players.

It is a very strange situation. Until we get some kind of restart and end position sorted out there are a number of hurdles to consider without really being in a position to agree solutions.

Yeah it's a shame but i suppose would we have been able to sign Greg Inglis if BMM was still on the books? Would have liked him to stay, but if the McMeeken rumour is true it will ease the loss of BMM
