I asked that question to Johnathan Thurston the other Thursday night......

you find that additional duties as required is in many contracts in any type of employment just allows you to told to doing something when your not busy, of course if it was at an airport you wouldn't be expected to fly a plane but would be expected to pick a brush up if needed depending on your skills

I was once told when I was tidying my work area I would get sacked if he saw me with a brush in my hand again I don't pay you to sweep up

in my job I was always taught to clean up after my self but this company wanted as much out of me as they could, I won in the end when I went above his head talking to me like that
