As I type, there are two locked threads on the front page.
Why are they locked? Because numbskulls from other clubs come on here to disrupt/ willy measure, thus stopping debate.
Isn't it about time you mods started to get a little stern with these whoppers who offer nothing, and start issuing a few bans out.
Good posters from other clubs are few and far between (Nicky Kiss being a prime example).

Lefty one of the worst offenders has already copped a ban the others have or will have PMS advising of a crackdown

There does seem to be a fair few trolls coming onto our Board atm. and it's making quite a bit of work for the moderators. I think one of the reasons is due to one (or more ?) of our own posters going on to the Redvee site and trolling them. Funnily enough I sent out a pm yesterday to one one of our regulars to think again about the wisdom of doing this. And yesterday we also banned one of the trolls. (permanently).

Posters on here can also help by ignoring posts clearly intended to wind people up. A troll doesn't get much satisfaction if he doesn't get a response.

I think we all know who our poster is, who winds up other boards. Even though I (mainly) enjoy his posts on here, it only goes to antagonise other groups of fans on THEIR site.
I LOVE reasoned debate, just not crap wumming.

I would take the Priti Patel approach to moderating this site.

Not these wishy washy liberals wanting to stick to the letter of the AUP and worried if someone could lodge a claim in the human rights court about being unfairly banned.

I've seen some posts on here that are just click bait for the good folk of WA9, never mind Redvee.

I went on the red vee after Leeds because they were calling me out that I won’t go after a defeat like that.
So I obliged and I said was ‘I stepped up to the plate and I was embarrassed’....the only response I got was ‘fair play RD’
That was the first post I made in around a month. And none of them recent were baiting. They just bite at me for posting ewt.
I’ve never got a warning of a red vee mod though like I did on here for going on there.

For me I find theredvee and that Widnes one we’ve not seen ok for amusement value.
Most of trv posts were trying to bait me anyway about banjos....I wouldn’t mind if I could play one. They never bothered me none.

If you give it you have to take it..as long as its not going overboard..
