Not true.
The mean temperature in Manchester, Leeds and Hull is a couple of degrees higher in November than February. November is wetter although in Manchester you are five times more likely to get snow in February than November. |

Biggest problem rl has kicking season off at end of january is that it clashes with 6 nations starting so all press and news goes to rah rahs and barely a mention on rl its something they really should sort out a later start date
