Only my opinion but in all honesty, it's time to be a man, Chester needs to say to the players, if you don't or won t play for me & won t listen to me I may as well leave. Carter likes to stand by his man/men, but in his position he has to have Balls & realize sadly, sometimes response from the players ebbs away to very poor response & therefore be has to make a call without running to the wire of time left & games left, all very sad as I like Chester but the magic has gone/died, someone needs to act a.s.a.p. or prepare for a bottom 4 struggle as nothing has improved, losing happens but not like we constantly perform badly !!!

Have to say I agree. We have not looked the same since kear left. Our recruitment has gone from inspired to average. Some bad decisions, brough being the worst, especially on 2 years. I like chessie but I just feel it's like groundhog Day now. It was freak weather tonight and it's game 1. I'm prepared to give it 5 games or so but if we don't get the show in the road it's time now to change
