Anyone else see this on Sky tonight?

About time we had another SL programme after the demise of Boots n All and this looks like a good replacement with some really good content.

I know it was the first one but a few improvements needed for me:-

Someone needs to tell the presenters which camera to look at
Get the camera set so it looks like the guest is talking to the viewer, not the presenter. As interesting as the back of George Burgess' head is, I'd rather not stare at it for the whole interview
Sort the sound quality out, it's way too quiet
And finally, why does the set look like the area in Sports Direct where you try on trainers?

6.5/10, good start but definite room for improvement

They were looking at the camera, but the production has then deliberately chosen to use the side on angle. I don't like when that is done because it does make presenters look like idiots. It can work with interviews, but I don't think it works when someone is presenting.

Thought the set as a whole was sp and dark.

Hopefully it will improve when the season actually starts, seemed to be a lot of filler content.

It was different. Good to see new presenters.
I noticed the side on shots rather than speaking to camera.
Why did they show so much of the background & such long range studio views?
That maniac from Toronto ... could become very annoying.
I will watch again.

Great hearing Austin's take on our season so far. After hearing rumours of a tiff with Price this doesn't come across in his interview.

Well he wouldn’t speak about it would he, what stood out for me was he mentioned attitude more than once.

Is there a link?

I thought Austin came across as a bit down in the dumps. Having said that it would not have been appropriate for him to be cartwheeling across the studio floor with witty banter ..... Did you hear the one about the ......

he always seems like that when he's interviewed, for all his flashy clothes and stuff, when you see him speak, he's very introverted.

This.....when the camera panned out and he wasn't speaking he reminded me of a nervous naughty boy sat outside the headmaster's office!
