Pity they don't play in a successful cup winning club side. Worlds best prop picked from a pack smashed up in the games that mattered by Wires and Catalans packs, great choice.

This I'm afraid is what's happening here. A large group of ultra arrogant Saints fans embarressed and humiliated themselves last year by claiming world domination half way through the season. Then they crashed and burned like no club ever has before.

The only bright spot was Makinson hitting some form in an England shirt - that's all they have to alleviate the shame. Yet it's not enough, no they also have to continually dig at a young 23 year old winger from another club - the only thing he's done wrong is in the eyes of some look better than there one last great hope - how monumantally sad are these people.

Hey there's nothing with the speed of a Megane, our lass had a Megane RS 265 Trophy back in 2012 and at the time it was the fastest front wheel drive car around the Nurburgring - so she tells me.

The's the thing Lebron, it's just your opinion that he's awful in defense, it isn't a fact at all and if it was Bennett wouldn't have him anywhere near the England squad. it's been pointed out numerous times, he had better tackle percentage stats than both McGillvery and Hall last season but I don't see you call them a speed bumps, but hey it doesn't suit your agenda does it.

Thompson was outstanding for Saints and England last season and fully deserves the accolades he gets, as does Makinson

You won nothing of worth other than leading the table 3/4's of the way through.

Thompson looked good in a very soft pack as Catalans and Wires proved.

Thats the harsh reality. 2 reasonable players in a side that looked good on a fast track against the lower teams.

Last time I checked there were 3 domestic trophies available to win and Saints won 1 of them (and finished top of the table with a SL record of points in a season). Remind me what Warrington won last season??

Why are you considering Warrington one of the lower teams when Thompson ran at them on a fast track to the tune of 191 metres.

Thompson was outstanding for both his club and country, if he continues I can see him going down as a club "legend". 128 games already under his belt for Saints!
