With a different coach in charge you could male a case for it being different for Warrington this time around at Old Trafford.....however the performance at Wembley several weeks back was one full of lack of composure and poor decision making and makes me question whether they’ll have it in them to perform this Saturday.

Maybe they have learned a lesson from that - hopefully Wigan winning would be too cringeworthy for words.

Possibly they have, but even lessons learnt from that will be a challenge to beat Wigan who know who to get the job done. Of course they’ve got a chance but I’d put it at 80/20 in favour of Wigan winning.

The reaction from the Sky team if Wigan win will be intolerable. If they do win the game will have been slowed down to a snails pace and as such the spectacle it should be will not happen.

The best chance of a good game is Warrington to take a solid early lead - that will force Wigan into a more open game.

If Wigan get an early lead we might as well switch off.

Whilst I get your point about the various patterns/style of the game, again it’s not cringeworthy if Wigan execute there’s and win.

If Wigan execute their plan to virtually kill the PTB then the game will be a terrible spectacle. Hands in, 3/4 men taking 5 seconds to get off etc. if the ref allows that then we will not have a game

Apparently last week wigan would only beat cas if the ref let wigan get away with everything, break all the rules etc.

On redvee both teams in the final are grubby and dirty yet on the wire board it's only us that do it?

Warrington will also be trying to slow down the PTB as much as they can when Wigan are attacking. Every team does, only thing Wigan are guilty of is usually being the best at it.

I couldn't care less if it's a good game or not. If it's one of the worst matches ever played but Wires win it will be the best thing that's happened in my 24 years of watching them. If it's a free flowing expansive exhibition of outstanding rugby league but we lose, then I'm not going to console myself with "at least it was a good game". The result is all that matters.
