He's injured anyway so I don't get why his dad would blow a gasket over his lack of selection.

It did work for him at junior levels when he was at Lock Lane and I'd assume Fev Lions too unfortunately. His dad has always been the same and I can't see him changing, not the first time and doubt the last he will write into the LE.

Its nothing to do with being offended, more to do with pointing out the embarrassing behaviour of a grown adult.

I dont think ANYONE is offended but, it just isn't going to help.
Any parent would want to see their son/daughter prosper in their chosen field but, ranting about it publicly will probably hinder their chances of progress, Bennett in this case isn't going to move a player up the pecking order because someone has publicly had a moan.
Maybe this is how you think pro teams should sort out their match day squads

This cryarsing individual is hardly going to get his son up the England pecking order by whinging about it and criticising other players selected now is he? I bet truth be told Watts junior is very embarrassed about this.

It's just like an irate parent turning up at a school demanding why their son hasn't been picked for the rugby/football/cricket team and proper spitting their dummy out over it in front of their kid and all his mates.
