No, they are just sending all there dead wood to Catalan so there new coach has the cap space to bring in some quality players. Catalan are the only club foolish enough to take them on the contracts they are wanting. MM was once okay and brought something to the table with his aggressive defense, nowadays all he brings is a thuggery and penalty after penalty - Tomkins is now just your average run of the mill full back that is happy to coast a long on a ridiculous contract (Which Catalan are happy to pay).
