How much do you pay for Sky?

Not really anything to do with the post but how do you highlight what someone else wrote and it comes up blue when you want to post an answer in your own reply.

Sky sports just rugby league £18 a month and this year back to Australia rugby great

But you only get three (3) NRL games each week for £216 a year. The NRL pass gets you all eight (icon_cool.gif plus the pre and post match talk shows from Fox for £125 a year.

Even in the weird word of "Call Me Gutters" that is a bargain .

If it is anything like Kodi then it is outlawed. I'm hearing stories of people being fined £5k for using these boxes with the illegal streaming software working on them. (I'm not saying that to exaggerate I have genuinely hear it.)

He was questioning the legality of mobdro (which I'd not heard of until Google came to my aid), which seems to be an android app that facilitates streaming of video streams to your phone or tablet.

The Fox offering is good (if you have time to watch all the games, and indeed want to), but the problem in the UK is that (for example) some Premier League games aren't available to watch live in the UK regardless of what TV package you buy. On the other hand, it looks like you can watch any and all games Premier League games in the US (and other countries) live. That's one of the reasons why supporters might turn to illegal streams because there's no way they can pay to watch some games legally.

What always gets me is going on holiday abroad and finding that all the bars are showing every footie game live, and the local newspapers openly advertise boxes (with a relatively cheap subscription), that can get you pretty much any TV station on the planet.

If you join up to Our League on the RFL site, then there is a link for a 10% discount for Watch NRL.

Just paid £112.50 for 12 months, so quite happy with that (works out at £9.37 per month over the year)

Sky is all well and fine, but I always watched all 8 games most weeks, and the on demand service is usually invaluable when you work 9-5.

JEAN please re-read my post. As our Halifax friend has said I was questioning the legality of mobdro, not the legal NRL stream that you shared.

Ha! I came on here precisely to look for info on NRL watching, so thanks, guys.

But I have a question. When they say, all games live, does this mean *only* live (cos that'll be at the crack of dawn in some cases). Or are the games archived, so you can watch any time?

If the latter, I'd definitely go for it. If the former, I don't think I'd bother. After all, I've been able to watch all NRL archived games for the last umpteen seasons; I hope that's not going to change this year.

Why not tape them on your sky box and watch at your lesser

Interesring watching the Brisbane/St George game watching all the players play-the-ball correctly. Amazing what happens when the league says they're clamling down onit. The PTB's in SL are a farce at the moment.

Must say after having Premier for years I'm tempted to check this out with no obligation and to have two rounds free, it's just i'm sure I won't cancel it = getting nothing done for another eight months.

But fixing the play of the ball should cut out many errors and penalties. That extra split second would make so much difference
