Ive heard the rumours, but i would be very surprised it happens. I'm guessing that Gold Coast have better centres in National Youth Comps than Sarginson. Anyways, the Titans are desperate for a centre after Roberts left for the Broncos: I'm just not sure how desperate....

I think you are being a little unfair, I thought he was excellent last season and looked good for England, certainly hasn't played that well this year, but there is a good player in Sarginson and if anyone can get the best out of him it is the NRL, certainly looks to have better credentials than the likes of Hodgson, Cooper and the younger Burgess brothers who have all done well over there.

Look at all the talented London area juniors: Daniel Sarginson, Anthony Clubb, Louis McCarthy-Scarsbrook, Olsi Krasniqi, Kieran Dixon, Mason Caton-Brown, Michael Channing, Michael McMeeken, Oscar Thomas, Omari Caro ..,....the list goes on and on. London and the south of England have been pillaged for talent over the years by M-62 clubs, and now by an NRL club. The injustice of leaving London in the Championship when its stars are stolen by outsiders is truly galling.

Unfortunately Daniel Sarginson thinks that there are a lot of English centres playing in the NRL. What has he been smoking? 
No doubt Daniel Sarginson thinks that playing in front of Wayne Bennett every week will give him a better shot at being one of the England centres. However Wayne's protege Jack Reed is guaranteed one spot, so Daniel is competing with Kallum Watkins for the other slot. Good luck on that Daniel! |
