| Thoroughly well deserved for Hardaker. Gone from almost self destructing over the past couple of years to Man of Steel.
If he doesn't get picked at No 1 for England then McNamara needs his head looking at.

| Can't really argue with any of those awarded...the 3 MOS nominees we're all excellent. Nice that a full back has won it too, in memory of Steve Prescott !
Well done everyone.

No complaints as Hardaker has been the best player this season, however you can hardly say that he has turned his life around that much when he got done for assault and sent on an anger management course less than 6 months ago.

I never said he'd turned his life around. I said he'd done well to go from almost self destruct to winning MOS. He may revert to his previous ways next year.

| I'm not sure I support Hardaker winning it to be honest. Cuthbertson has been sensational for them and IMO is the main reason Leeds are top dogs rather than 5th. He's given them the platform that the likes of McGuire, Burrow, Hall, Watkins and Hardaker have excelled behind. Without Cuthbertson and his offloads, you could cut Leeds's tries in half.
Cuthbertson for me out of those three.

See the case of McNamara Vs Brough for the precedent

| Hardaker has done very well to move on from previous indiscretions o playing the way he has this year. To be honest I wouldn't have complained if any of those three won it as all have been superb this season.
It will be interesting to se how they (and the likes of George Williams) perform next season as it is often harder, especially for a youngster with the pressure of expectation.

| Happy with all the awards
One point though, why did Ali Lauitiiti not get a retirement award?

Because he retired last year when he went to wakefield.

I would say that he hasn't actually reverted away from "self destruct mode" this year, hopefully next year will see a more mature and responsible Zak Hardaker.

Good point, unless I just missed him off the list but I don't think I missed anyone from what they put on Twitter anyway.

Without Hardaker Leeds would have conceded far more tries than they did. Not that I would have had any arguments with Cuthbertson.

| So the Man of Steel is someone who wasn't even in the top 3 of his own club's Player of the Year voting ?
