i don't think there has been a stand out player either really, a few players started the season well but haven't done much since, some players play well week in week out but won't be candidates because of who they are and the job they do, obviously i watch my team more than any others and Aaron murphy has been superb for us, he always is, he does his job with minimum fuss and he isn't a flashy player or a player that people rave about but he has been excellent, he just goes under the radar and gets his work done.

cuthbertson, walmsley, campese, would probably be up there if their form continues and others are coming into form or will do before the season ends.

except the leeds game.... and the Wigan game.... so bascially he does it against none of the top 4. shoe in for MoS then...

154m and 149m gained in the games you mention respectively. I'd say that's "doing it" - or is he not playing well if he's not single handed lay carrying teams over the try line for his hattrick every game?

Wouldn't disagree with Cuthbertson Walmsley Campese, as a top 3. But this is RL you know at least one of the "usual suspects" will be involved - can't be quite sure who though!

Ah, this is where you have fallen into the trap just because a certain player has lost a game then his individual performance is negated, Walmsley has more or less been standout in nearly every game which is what the MOS is about. He played very well against Wigan and Leeds perhaps you got blinkered with the final score line in those matches.

I,m not sure if Hill is as good as last year, at the moment its Cuthbertson and Walmsley for me.

walmsley missed nine tackles against leeds...that's not a good performance mate regardless of yards made.

It isn't if you base the M.O.S on one game, Walmsley is way down the list for missed tackles so far this season, correct me if I am wrong but I assume M.O.S is based on the whole season and not on a weak performance in a certain entity of one game.

Danny McGuire is having a consistently good performance and effect in all the games I,ve seen with Leeds this season, maybe with Sinfield gradually dropping out of the 17 he is stepping up to the plate before he too comes to the end of his career.

He only plays finals so he's going for a Lance Todd and Harry Sunderland double this year.

as has been alluded to he played poorly in the leeds and Wigan games. he gifted leeds the last try (cost me £35 too as i had leeds to win by 11-20!) he was bossed all game by clubb and co at the DW and i cant even remember which of your forwards did turn up for the WCC.... so yeah, he is having an awesome season. not played badly at all, ever, nuh uh.

Hill has been solid all season and last season (i thought him or JP should of got it last year) will redoubtably build on it and then be offered silly money in NRL.
