Can they not just enter the championship now and try and rebuild for next year? surely it would do them better than getting a drubbing every week in super league. Obviously trying there hardest against a good Leeds team but they aren't even 30% close enough to being talented enough for super league.

Im not just talking about this match either, it just doesn't make sense at all, fans have been watching them get whipped for 2/3 years now and aren't interested in paying money to watch them get thumped every week at least in the championship they will win games.

Feel really sorry for them tonight its quite noticeable they are trying there hardest but they just don't have the quality or size.

Why do you think we'll win games in the Championship? Over half our players will most likely be gone if we did make the drop.

I have never seen a super league 17 man squad with so many players I have honestly never heard of.

If they did enter the championship with this squad I don't think they would finish in the top 4 or 5. Certainly not without all the loan players from leeds etc to help them out.

Let them play with the same budget its hardly going to effect anything as there is no promotion this season. Also i never said they would win the championship but they would win games.

How would they fit into a season after 5 rounds? Start on 0 points? When/who would they play when there is already a match for every team every week for the rest of the season. I look forward to seeing them play Leigh in the championship next year and I agree that it might be good for the club to be more competitive as a team.

I am being serious, Yes start them on 0 points it truly doesn't matter one team a week would have a rest like in the NRL. It would also prove beneficial to upper teams in the championship its another tough game. I know nights like this just isn't doing the Broncos club any favours.

The whole match is just an embarrassment. I don't know why Sky doesn't pick the matches on like a bi-weekly basis - it was clear from the outset that this match was going to be a whitewash, but because it was scheduled they couldn't switch it. It makes the game look like a complete joke

Thing with Bradford is they are capable of upsetting teams i would confidently say Bradford will beat the Broncos.

spot on with that, cannot fault the effort from london but the difference in quality is painful, not a good advert for the game at all.

It just wouldn't work though. They couldn't possibly complete a full championship fixture list (plus 2 extra games due to an extra team) now. They would have to play some teams just once and others twice. Say they play for example Whitehaven twice and win one lose one, and only play Workington once and beat them causing Workington to be relegated by 1 point over Whitehaven who picked up 3 points in their 'extra' fixture against london. It would be chaos!

It's just not possible at this stage in the season. Especially with 5 teams to be relegated this year, every point is vital!

let them start from what ever round it is now don't make them for points whatever it just isn't right for the players or club that they have to put up with this every weekend. There would be a fair way to arrange it.

I agree it might be good for London but this is an absolutely crucial championship season with 5 teams to go down and a big prize for the top 2. It isn't fair to tamper with a full league season to accommodate one poor SL side who aren't up to standard. They just need to persevere to the end of the season, as tough as it may be.

On a seperate note, why televise them playing Leeds.

If you have to televise them, show the min games you can and show games against the lowest sides.

Personally Id prefer not to see anything of them, and I seriously doubt many people would be bothered if that was the case.

London arent a good team but hopefully they can pinch a couple of wins.

As for the future if DH sticks around i see a very good championship club especially if they and the other southern clubs can continue the devolopment of local talent

Any talent that's there isn't going to hang around if they relegated. That would be a disaster. I for one hope they manage to stay up...

I didn't think it was bad as it's been made out, on that 2nd performance I think London can pull off 2 or 3 wins like Crusaders did a few years back. Their full back is very decent, and with Farrah in their ranks, it's not a terrible team.

And they haven't played us yet........

Leeds were a disgrace.lets hope the RFL throw the book at them for fielding a weakened team.

One moment of mirth though was my wife saying she had a monkey when she was a child and it could hit a drum far better than the south stand idiot and it's vocal was far more in tune than the inane trumpet player.

Theres no chance of that team staying up.
The bigger picture "for now" is that they and the other southern clubs continue to develop players for the sport.
If the day comes when someone with loads of money comes along and want to run the club properly then they'l be a SL club again.
The current London broncos is anything but a SL club at the moment
