| I received tickets for the World Cup Final at Old Trafford last week. I have ordered (and paid for) 2 Adults plus 1 Junior in the West Stand. I have received 2 Adult tickets for the East Stand (with someone else's name on the tickets, although they are attached to my printed-off address details).
The person who sent them out clearly has sent me the wrong ones, but trying to speak to anyone in the 'Customer Services' dept (ha!) is proving impossible as no-one answers (Tel number 0844 847 2013 option 2).
Bit of a long shot this one, but has anyone received my tickets in error? If so, please pm me so we can sort it out.
If anyone has any suggestions for how else I can resolve this, it'd be much appreciated.

| thank god i am not the only one having trouble with customer no relations at on the world cup ticket line ,,,,,as a disable speccy ive got my tickets but they havn't sent me the parking permits i require so i can actually go to games and sit in my tickets

| This all sounds like a recipe for disaster on the day! EG could have trouble getting past the stewards into the ground with kids' tickets! Seems the RFL cannot keep up with demand?
Did you both order online or by 'phone? I am about to order so it would be good to know!

Its happened to me, tried calling the 'customer service' line.... no answer, 10 attempts in a day, perhaps they're being ironic?
Anyway I got tickets to an incorrect game, my name on the receipt stub, incorrect game and name on the tickets
Email to tickets@rlwc2013.com and state as much info as possible, they took a day to respond but they apparently are sending out the correct ones now.
Piss poor you cant contact customer service, especially as they are supposed to be looking after disabled supporters. For a cup that hasnt sold out, i have found their phone lines disgracefully undermanned a serious lack of service. Not good for the casual fan.

| I think Ticketmaster are doing a lot of messing up with tickets so far.
Whilst not a massive issue perhaps, I got my Final tickets the other day which are in the north east quadrant. "north east quadrant" takes up so much room on the ticket that it printed over the row and seat, Had it not been for my email I wouldn't know what seats i've got, others may very well turn up in that block and not have a clue though.

| Ticketmaster print them...
As a client (RFL) should be screaming at Tickemaster and the struggles to get through on the standard ticket line and the massive cock up at the England game. I'm very surprised that Ticketmaster haven't thrown extra resources to fix the problem ASAP.

In previous experience the contracts dont state as such, however as an on-going client you'd be requesting with-holding of fee's. Ticketmaster have big experience, however I have had issues with them here and in Aus as a client (and previously took business to Australia's other major ticket player, who as a company and customer facing are a far better option).

| This is barmy how long does it take to get it right I have had tickets for Wembley challenge cup for the last 25 yrs and always get them, even if I ordered them2 weeks before, some people have ordered a year before utter rubbish

| Since my original post, I have come home today to discover my correct tickets have arrived.
I also had a phone call from a polite gentleman this afternoon at the RFL stating he was aware of the issue (I had left my details with someone on Thursday on 0844 847 2013 option 1 asking for someone to call me back as no-on ever answers on option 2). To be fair he was very apologetic and said they had become aware of the issue over the weekend and they were doing what they could to resolve the issue. He asked me to return the tickets I had received in error - the address is actually at Media City, Salford.
Good luck everyone - here's to watching a great World Cup in the seats we have paid for!
