A good start is proper targets, like those above, targets you can be held too, and upon which you'll be judged. Not pathetic waffle along the lines of "to be the most respected governing body".

The really positive thing for RL is:

Recognition of the Kangaroos jersey as the pinnacle for an Australian player (not SOO!)
Investment in RL in the PI's
A comittment to make the 2017 RLWC the biggest ever

on the flipside, no expansion for at least 4 more years which sucks!

Why? They have their own badge.

It is the green and gold logo that will be used in the media and online etc though.

It's good news and glad to see the Kangaroo jersey is seen as the pinnacle. Origin is great but the green and gold should be #1.

I was hoping for expansion. I really want to see a club in perth!!

Hopefully we will see some serious work done in Fiji and Western Samoa. The ARL need to be looking to get these places Rugby league mad like they are in PNG.

Also glad to see they are talking about the world cup already.
