It was interesting how the Sky team pronounced Sinfield as completely guilt-free and a player who is totally without malice, intent or even carelessness.

No need to go on report or bother Sir Kev (classy chant whilst the lad was receiving treatment) with a trip to Red Hall, given that Lord Chief Justice Eddie has pronounced him innocent?

Leeds fans chanting 'Sir Kevin Sinfield' for injuring a player who at the time was receiving treatment was out of order though. Very distasteful.

The southstand chanting was not on, and although Kevin Sinfield can chelp at the ref along with others in the rhinos team i don't believe he is a nasty player,looked a clumsy and mistimed tackle to me. Hope Makinson recovers quickly.

Just a bit of bad luck on Makinson's part,Sinfield isn't a dirty player.

For a start i hope Tommy is all right, he had a good game for Saints, and don't like to see any player suffer an injury like he did.
People complaining about the South Stand chanting "Sir Kevin Sinfield", the reason they chanted it is to give Sinny encouragement because he is not a dirty player. We chant that every week, and it wasn't (i'm sure) meant to be any malice towards Makinson, or any congratulations to Sinny for knocking Makinson out, it was merely to give Sinny encouragement.

Noted Sinfield clapped Makinson all way off the pitch, expect he was straight in at full time to see how he was also.

There's a time and place to give said encouragement though is what I think people are meaning.

Yeah, prob just harmless encouragement, I would hope that Sinfield wouldnt be happy about hurting someone in that way.
