| HT England Knights 18-6 France.
Myler and Houghton scored for England, I'm not sure who else has. Charnley is goal kicking.

Att: 2071'" So England's second team has hammered France.
Just goes to prove that the England V's France midseaon friendly has infact done no good to us or France at all(France have not improved because of it and we are no nearer to the Kiwi's and Aussies's).

| Shocking for the French. Some decent names in their team but I could only see a Knights win.

Charnley should have been in the England squad over Ben Jones-Bishop and i'm a Leeds fan.

Agree. I think Myler should've been called up instead of McGuire as well but you probably won't agree with that one?

Going on early season form i'd have taken Danny Brough but i'm not a lover of Myler personally.

McGuire is a player who actually creates attacking plays, Myler I don't see what he offers in attack other than supporting runs. Richie stands out in a good Warrington side as he supports the many line breaks they make. McGuire for me was the correct replacement. As for Charnley v BJB they are both great attacking players who have a big future ahead of them, I would have gone for Charnley though BJB appears to have a few errors in his game that will be exploited by the Aussie's and Kiwi's.

| Decent win.
Although bjb was poor in the final I'd still take him over charnley. He's a special talent the one union will target eventually.

| WTF, are the French even trying these days?
There's at least 13 Catalans players for a start.

Looks like the French players have the same problem encountered over the years by English/British players - can't perform for their national side at anything like the level they do for their club side.

| It's a shame what's happening to the French at international level, though nobody should be surprised by today's result.
Remember, the French finished 10th and last in the World Cup in 2008.
Despite all the promises of a French resurgence at international level once they had a team and players competing in an alleged superior Super League competition, it appears to have had the opposite effect.
Perhaps the French would be better served if their players tried their luck in the NRL instead?

| The decision by the RFL to bring Catalans into Super-de-dooper league to improve the French national side is going well I see.
Oh well, at least the fans get a trip abroad once a year, shame their CEO’s don’t feel the same, incurring heavy costs to the clubs.
At least, when the home fixture comes around, they can recoup some of their losses with the glut of away supporters……….
Hey,ho we’ll reap the benefits in a few more years.

| Seeing as catalans provide 99% of the players for the national team would it not make sense to have the same coach who's coached them all season coaching them for the national team as well?.
