Today is probably the day that has given me the most pride watching Hull FC. Not just because of the performance (excellent by the way) but the behaviour of our fans.

In recent years we've had some grief, but after the game today I feel we more than made up for it with our backing of Crusaders, clapping each player off and their supporters, including Tansey.

Anyway, thanks to Crusaders, their fan and the whole experience will be missed.

Anyone who didn't go has missed out on the best "awayday" in Rugby League.

How come the Crusaders attendances have held up? I don't understand that at all? If you told supporters of a new franchise they weren't going to exist anymore, you would expect most to abandon it?

today showed the what the rugby league family is all about, coming together as 1 to support a team of players and a set of fans who have had their club ripped from them, the scenes at the end of the game were moving, i'm sure both sets of fans had lumps in their throats and tears in their eyes, i know i did!

we have lost a fantastic group of supporters from superleague today, i hope crusaders will be back better and stronger in 3 years time

Because the North Wales fans are extremely enthusiastic and passionate about the game.

The ironic thing is that they could have ripped the posts down today safe in the knowledge that they wouldnt be needed anymore. No sence of timing these West Hullers.

They haven't had their club ' ripped from them ' , their club isn't and has never been sustainable , this is what franchising does , it gives fans unworkable unrealistic expectations

Just how do you expect them back in SL in 3 years ? , you seriously expect them to get to the level of a Hull FC , Warrington or a St Helens inside 3 years ?

so apart from leeds and hull fc who are the only clubs who make profits, not including teams like warrington and hudds who are backed by sugar daddies, how many other clubs are sustainable?

having their liscence withdrawn a day before the announcement seems like having a club taken from them to me

in 3 years time anything can happen, it maybe unrealistic but stranger things have happened! on the field they will have to start from scratch again but development areas in wales is growing

It is called ' Super League ' , ie it is meant to be ' Super ' , part of that is big crowds and financial stability and sustainability , if you think they can do that in 3 years , you're nuts

I don't wish ill fortune on and club or it's fans , but the whole thing was a disaster from the start , as for the day before the decision , blame the RFL , they have known what the financial situation was all along , they should have revoked their licence months ago and cancelled the whole decision pantomime
