My local had the utd v chelsea match in 3d last week,and surprising it actually helps yawnball,our conversation with the group we were with was,how good would rl be in 3d ,as with football the camera angle as to be from a distance due to long passes.

But with rl and the nature of the game with colisions and dummy runners the 3d effect would be brilliant.

Anyone know if sky plan any 3d games for rl?

There was talk in 1 of the recent RL World magazines that the NRL is going to have 3 game matches, I agree it would be quality.

When I asked this on the Leigh board, (because LSV is where SKY tested their 3D camera's), I was told RL unlike football is not done by SKY themselves its mainly sub-contracted and they don't have 3D technology yet.

So perhaps when the Football seasons over with, if SKY don't move onto cricket.

The other issue is lighting very few RL grounds will have sufficient lighting.

Therefore will RL history be made England v France 12th June LSV?

great stuff,I think our game suits 3d best,impacts,closer angles,players overlapping inshot,I recomend anyone to watch yawnball in 3d if they get the chance then imagine our game in 3d ,mindblowing

Can you imagine seeing Sean Long in 3D. It'd need an 18 certificate.

It would be nice if they could show the Grand Final in 3D.
