Given that Super League's greatest player has announced his retirement, I would like to ask the fans of other clubs how they plan to mark the last game he plays at each of the various grounds?

It would be nice to see a standing ovation at each ground he plays at next season.

I think all fans should hold aloft a huge meat pie in a salute kind of fashion. Fat joke aside, there should be grudging respect shown at every match in his final season (except for the International matches of course

A great, great player for St Helens. The sole reason in my view for their success in recent years. But a round of applause at every ground from opposition fans? I don't think so!

He played Quite a few actually.

KC has played in 27 internationals, against various nations, so there will be plenty against the likes of Kiwis and Australia.

What people in RL tend to do though, is ignore games for Wales, because people are conditioned to think only of GB or England re international RL.
Keiron being welsh naturally didnt play for England, as such these caps tend to get ignored. Despite many of them being gained in world cups.

Re games against Australia and NZ 15 times.
This is only 2 games less than Radlinski played at fullback for GB or England.

Further to this info. Ive also managed to find out that within the British Isles, only the great Tommy Harris has made more international appearances at Hooker than Keiron Cunningham.
Tommy Harris played in 30 internationals to KC's 27. However it must also be pointed out that Harris earned a number of these caps playing at stand off. Keirons are all at hooker.

When looking at Australia and hooking caps, only Ken Kearney with 31 has earned more than Cunningham. The likes of Buderas, Smith, Simmons, and Connescu havent earned as many caps as KC.

27 caps in an era when 3 per off season is standard is not a bad effort from the King.
