For what its worth - I thought the Dave Woods and John Kear commentary was excellent on the beeb. Dave Woods is really growing into the role and calls the excitement at the right time. John Kear I think gives oodles of enthusiasm that i think even the non converted would find addictive. great effort beeb!

Certainly better than the shower of $hyt3 they had on before hand!! Did you hear the Pr1ck John inverdale as well - couldnt even bring himself to say rugby league!!!

as it was a highlight show, i presume clare balding just did a voice over after the game for todays programme, as it didn't show her mentioning this during the post match talk

I thought they must have dubbed it in afterwards as they cut away from her whilst she was talking about it and then cut back after asking Noble and Morgan a question

I thought it was a cut at first, but then they went back to nobby and morgan in front of the aus players going round with the cup asking who his successor would be. must have been tipped off from somewhere!
