| *spoilers, I guess....you shouldn't be reading this thread anyway*
Yeah man. That game started fairly slow and conservative, but it finished a cracker. Wow. Almost everything good came from Marshall or Hayne.
What was it for Hayne? Two linebreaks, two try-assists, a GREAT and game winning try to himself, two 40/20s, 200+ metres. No one's close to him at the moment.
Mark Geyer: What's your role in the team?
Jarryd Hayne: I dunno, aye.

| dam! u beat me to creating this thread.
That was unbeleivable. marshalls flick pass, haynes performance, the forwards, big crowd! both teams were a credit to the game, brilliant effort.
If hayne stays fit i think the eels are potential grand finalists. but hopefully the knights and panthers lose so that the tigers remain in a playoff spot, its the very least they deserve i think.

| Just been reading the report myself and with being an Eels fan, the game sounded fantastic.
I've got a few pals in Oz, they're Tigers and Eels fans and the Eels fan has text me to say "Oh what a night!"
Do you know if you can watch the game back in full anywhere, please PM me?
Thanks.

| Great game, Hayne is freakish and how good is Krisnan Inu playing lately after been dropped to the reserves earlier in the year. Good to see Feliti Mateo back aswell.
I hope the Tigers make the 8 cos there such a great team to watch and could beat anyone in the finals but there last 2 games are the Titans and the Bulldogs. Couldn't have got a tougher last 3 games really.
Surely Jarryd Hayne will win the Dally M this year, I know Thurston was 5 points clear halfway through the season and whenever the Cowboys win he normally gets the 3 points and Soward will be right up there aswell but Hayne must be nailed on to win it, he's been the best players in the league by a mile since Origin and he also deserves to take the Aussie No.1 jersey from Billy Slater IMO.

| Watching Hayne and Marshall was pure RL joy! Got to love the creative players. Nice to see a decent crowd in Sydney for a change as well.

| Wanted to watch this, but ended up watching St George/Brisbane as the picture quality was unwatchable from the Wests/Parra feed on Bigpond.

| Come on, Mateo was only 18-19 when he played at Quins and killed it.
It was a smart move by Brian Smith back then, to loan Mateo out to Quins for a season rather than play reserve grade for Parra.
He came back a better player skill wise and more mature from living overseas for 12 months.

Find out why Parra loaned him out.
