Rumour has it Kooga are on the brink of going under and due to this and very bad service with regard to getting tops to the club on time our team are looking at new manufacturers for next year.

Of the clubs who have other manufacturers who likes theirs and who doesn't?

I just hope the collar is a bit tighter than the Kooga efforts as a lot of times this season my chest hair has come up for a drink and it has looked more like I was advertising the new Wolverine film than watching Crusaders.

The kooga stuff I have are fantastic

Best shirt's we've had at Halifax for a fair few years, arrived on time (albeit only just after getting caught up in customs in Dubai or somewhere)

The home and away shirts are decent quality this year just the collars are a bit large. The jacket I have is good too, other than the fact it is a virtual copy of the one Huddersfield sell with a different badge. I found this out to my horror at Huddersfield earlier this season.

No suprise to be honest, just like any other company does

Wouldn't mind Puma as like the Saints and Quins stuff as long as they leave the capes off the shirts.

Puma and O'Neills will get a few each.

ISC might do too but I've not heard too many positive things about their efforts.

They've done a decent job of your shirt too, others haven't been so lucky.

there was all the palava when our shirt was late... very late, but apart from that it's been good. maybe it seems better than it really is after years of patrick, nike, the club crap.

Our kooga stuff has been excellent quality. well pleased with it.

Our shirts were months late and the first batch arrived pink instead of white. Kooga finally sorted it and the shirts are great, but it didn't exactly inspire confidence.

i've got loads of kooga gear waterproof, big coat, training gear etc. the sports mill in batley sells it quite cheap. its quality gear and quite tough as well, and comfy to wear.

people moan about the quality of our shirts, but to be honest we have sold 14,000+ of them for the past 2 seasons and are selling £1million+ merchandise a year now, so ISC can't be doing all that badly.

No, that one was doing the rounds, but it wasn't true. That would've been truly ridiculous.

Quite a lot of the Kooga shirts ae very similar in design just different colours, Same is in evidence with a former Saints Shirt and the 1st Puma GB kit.

Quality wise the stuff Salford have from Kooga is miles ahead of the gear we used to get from ISC. And we've had problems with both suppliers doing late orders and sub standard products.

We used to suffer the ISC sizing lottery, but now we have our shirts made by nike which means others suffer for our shirts and our design is gash.
I think that as a family game clubs should look to local producers with ethical policies and the cost of manfacture going to the local workers.
Not sure who that would be in the UK though.
