| Given the recent performances and results, i think its time for Brian Noble to leave the warriors hotseat and give someone else with new ideas a try. Since he step into the breach a few years ago now, Wigan are no further forward or even look like challenging for some silverware. The team is lacking of confidence and always look short of ideas going forward, surely this is down to what they learn on the training ground during the week and should take it out onto the field when playing the opposition. Yes he kept us up from relagation when we looked dead and burried, but for a team like Wigan and the superb following that they have week after week we deserve better.[/i

| Get rid now and you have to pay him off, get rid at the end of the year and you don't
Much easier to get a coach in place with 8 months notice than find one straight away

Graham Murray, John Lang and Michael Hagan are all looking for a job.
Any of these three could lift the Wigan performance, while Brian Noble would fit in well in Bradford, and the current Bradford coach McNamara is much needed at London Skolars.

Didn't Murray retire last year?
As I say, if Wigan get rid now, they'll have to give Noble a great deal of money. You could always go around that and make Noble first team coach and get someone in as Head of Coaching and Rugby.....
Nobby will either have to stick with it for 8 months, or walk away from the club and the money

| Noble's hit the perfect equilibrium: too crap to win anything, too good to sack.
More, please. Bleed 'em some more!

He was forced to step down from his position as coach of the North Queensland Cowboys, after taking them to a grand final in 2005 (as he had done with the Sydney Roosters in 2000), and several finals playoffs.
He is now unemployed, but would certainly be interested in coaching in France. He is being considered as a replacement for Robert Goulding should the esteemed larrikin fail as French national coach, as many expect he will.

| I dont think Murray and Lang would be looking for a position in SL now.
Steve Folkes is a more likely bet. Currently physio for the West Indies cricket team. Folkes expressed an interest in the Warrington job last year so he must have his eye on SL.
