So, Mr Whitcut is being pursued by OK for monies owed in buying a club that he is not a fit and proper person to own/run? Mr Mooore, you can presume is being pursued for the other 50% whilst the 2 other new owners actually own nothing

Could someone explain what is going on as i have got lost with it.
The directors who had taken over have gone because OK wanted money back he had loaned the club.
The directors thought they would not have to pay the loans to OK and would just be given the shares.
OK is now back in charge of the club but he has not got the money to pay the debts they owe.
Therefore he will have to look for new owners.
Is that right ?

Enough's enough get rid of this joke of a club. Bring in Fev and their 3k crowds

or the champions Sheffield and their 1k crowd/speedway track.

It's not all doom and gloom.

There's a bloke with a barrow and stall down at Shipley Market every Monday selling cigarette lighters and rizla papers who has registered an interest in a takeover of the Bulls.

The financial saga at the Bulls ( and other clubs) is no different to how the government" finance" the country.
The current set of "business law" is nothing but a spivs charter and boy have some been down to the trough many times.
The world financial system is in a mess but no one has a clue how to do anything about it. No one has the gonads to say STOP. Lets start again.
It wont happen whilst right wing idiots run countries and businesses led by the Me, me me attitude along with GREED.

wouldn't the club be in such a financial mess that they would be getting towards the 'sold for a pound' scenario. i'm not sure why the new owners had to pay a large sum of money for a business that was obviously in so much debt. or was it a case that they didn't realise just how much the club owed?

i don't understand why they couldn't have got all this resolved before a takeover was announced - just makes everyone look silly and unprofessional

I am no expert at all in this matter, but the little I could gleam from the snippets here and there.

1. OK Bulls where sold to the new parties.
2. However, when they saw the books they saw the hole left for the coming year, from the snippets at the fans meeting it seemed to be said that OK would get no money for his loans.
3. However, not sure whether anything was paid for his shares. So OK not liking this takes the other parties to court for payment on the shares.
4. The other parties say fine and walk away, you can keep the shares and the clubs and try running it yourself.

I'm sure there is a lot more to it than that. But money in does not = money out and unless that is resolved the shares in OK Bulls are only worth what someone is willing to pay for them as I'm not sure if the Bulls have any assets bar the players, but player values drop in a selling club.

Well at least gutterfax got what he wanted this Christmas.
