Hopefully the RFL and SL will merge again. Have an England Lions v Kangaroos 3 match Series every other year. 3 match series v NZ at times. No RLWC. No play-offs. 12 in SL, home and away to decide league title. Rename SL to RFL Premiership, CC Final in July every year, top 8 from the Premiership from the previous year go into the QFs. 1 weekend of Cup rugby in May, 1 in June and as said the final in July.

Wigan, Saints, Leeds and Hull are important, and they should have more of a say than Wakefield, Salford etc. But with an RFL structure, I suppose it may be more of a SL takeover of the RFL. I'm okay with a licensing system, suppose that's the best thing for RL, if Oz don't have promotion and relegation in RL how on earth do we have it in England! Dear me.

And a RLWC tournament? Please, no, there are only three international teams who are good, I'm not including Tonga as none of their players, it seems, were brought up there, they weren't even born there either.
