| Assuming Leeds turn up I can see London overturning the PD and get the home game in the MPG, and winning it from there.
Not sure they're ready for it but they'd have earned the right, and that's what's sports about for me

Toronto are knackered and Leeds will be playing to avoid having to play in Canada next season. Comfortable home win.

London should host either Toronto or Toulouse in the MPG, but after the weekends results, nobody can really accurately predict what will happen. I will say that the home team in the MPG will have a major advantage and 2017 SL Grand Final Winners Leeds should be able to defeat the Champions from 2 tiers below 12 months ago, so I see London Hosting Toronto (but with a bit of luck, Toulouse)

| So, in the regular Championship season, Toronto scored an average of 38 points a game, but in the Qualifiers, they've averaged 20 points a game.......no matter who the opposition was, SL or Champ? On Closer inspection they average 30 points against the other 3 champ sides in the regular season, so they've changed their game plan slightly......so winning at any cost is now their style. Problem for Toronto is they've conceded 17 points a game in both the regular season and the 8's........so defensively they are drilled, but their attack has been blunted for this game.....
....for them to stand any chance they need 80 minutes like they had in the first 20 v Wire earlier this year.....otherwise I feel Leeds may well bury them!

Leeds are all but safe. It'd need a big TWP win and a huge one by HKR to see us in the MPG.

For Leeds to be in jeopardy, it would take Salford, Toronto and KR all to win and for KR & Toronto to win BIG, which is very, very unlikely.
The fun really starts on Thursday and IF Toulouse could beat Salford in their own back yard, things would get mighty interesting as we would go to Friday with 5 clubs still able to secure a SL spot.
It's highly unlikely and Salford will be keen to secure their own survival but, for the neutral, it would add another layer of excitement.

| I note a few of the Leigh regular posters have opted for London. That must be frustrating give that you did the clean sweep of the Broncos during the season in the league and cup.
Margins are so tight. You lose to Batley and we beat Salford. Amazing how fortunes can change so quickly.

I've supported this club through administration, Wembley final, relegation and moving grounds regularly so its nothing new(London and Leigh have something in common!). Im not sure the club is ready to go up. The foundations are improving but they certainly aren't good enough to compete week on week with SL sides. Going up could set the club back if it goes disastrously wrong which it has the potential to do. (especially if we pick a few of yours and Widnes rejects up )

I agree that we aren't ready, but my biggest fear is that if we do go up, Hughes will have "paid his debt' of the debacle of the 2013 close season and subsequent relegation. As I have posted on the London forum, [size=200 IF [/sizelondon are to go up, then getting trailfinders to a 4k capacity and filing it 11 times in the regular season will be key to the clubs long term survival......alas, Hughes has a track record of believing that fans should just show up if he puts a game on and will never think any other way.
...but I digress. London will have earn't the right to play in SL should they get there, Ready or not!.

| I fear that the Fax boys will be ready for their hols next weekend, but equally I do know that they're desperate not to end on nil points in the 8's. It's not a foregone conclusion that London will take 2 more points this weekend...

Not at all, but as I posting in a "prediction" thread, I will post that as the team "IN FORM" London should win. The margin has been twice this year has been small both times but as you say, the Fax side will either be on holidays or out to not finish bottom......my money (if I were a gambler) would be on London to win by more than 3 scores, but a lot depends what occurs on the two previous nights.

| What do Salford bring to Super League? They have absolutely no fans for an end of season must win game, only a matter of time until they hit the wall now Marwan isn’t bank rolling them.

| What a shame the Qualifiers are going. They’re the most interesting thing about Super League in this country outside the two big finals.
Although, that maybe because the low Salary Cap has bred so much averageness that the largest pool of players is of the average standard at the bottom of SL and top of the Champ so that’s where the biggest competitive range of teams is.

How many people type these words, without knowing what it actually means themselves ?
What do Bournemouth FC bring to the premier league ? (answers on a postcard.....)
Both sides are in because of their on field performances, that is what matters.

What do any teams bring to this sport?
The top sides in this country don’t get anywhere near a full house 99% of the season. Saints have been very good for most of the season and have had one sell-out, ONE! When Catalans kept losing at the start of the season their ground was empty and silent, less noise than the AJ Bell tonight. In the NRL they scratch around a 90000 stadium with 20000 fans in there three times a week which looks worse than the AJ Bell does on nights like tonight.
New Zealand fans were embarrassed in their own country by Tonga’s fans and attendances for the World Cup last year and Australia couldn’t even sell out a World Cup final in only a medium sized stadium.
We may as well all give up, let the whole sport fold.
