Has it been a waste of time in Fev, Fax, Oldham, Sheffield etc? They've all had low crowds, poor travelling support and a poor team in the top flight before.

Are you against RL in those areas?

As for running it as a business, there's only 2 or 3 clubs max can currently do that, and they're not from Humberside either.

And they dropped out because they werent good enough, thats the point

I am not saying they havent had low crowds etc.. but London have never kicked on i mean the club havent even said your in SL for 2014 it was our CEO that said you was before yours did, you havent had a regular home either your own or rented isnt a sustainable business to require assets along the way, your youth as churned out a few good stars but nothing to write home about, your players are jumping further then Greg Rutherford, so what does that say?? it is sad for the game, but in a sport that makes very little clubs like yours are milking the funds, if fev was in SL they would attract the stars as the other clubs are, its SL and salaries that attract RL players not towns or cities M62 corridor or RL hotbed towns, imho RFL have tried for to long kicking it off in the wrong areas, again imo.

Hull FC don't own their own home and sod all assets too. Oh apart from the players of course, which means the auditors won't sign off their accounts.

London have massive issues, mainly down to mismanagement, and a spell in the Championships looks inevitable, but I don't see why it's a "waste of time" or "milking funds" in London but not when it's a club up North.

By the way, I'm not a London fan.

In the season before superleague fev finished 11th in a league of 16 teams. they where dumped to make way for London and Paris, neither of whom where in the top flight.

Fev over spent trying to get SL and almost went bust after losing int he playoff final to Wakefield. Now redeveloping their OWN ground and are ready for SL, just need the chance. would attract the players and the fans.

12 of out 13 SL visitors to London each year have 400+ miles travel......ALL Fevs opponents this year had less than 50 miles.....of course they will average more than London.....

Did not mean RL i meant SL, i just think the RFL have spent to much time in the wrong areas, theres loads of clubs what are ready to have a go in SL again clubs what would make derbys again (what attract big crowds, what puts revenue into our game) Cumbria could have a team but theyve not been given a chance theyve got some cracking teams at pro & amateur, not many fans like travelling to London its a rubbish atmosphere as when we play London at home, and this to me puts fans off going to there home games like the post above a championship club had bigger average attendances so there clubs would atleast double if they have there crack in SL, how far are home fans going to have to travel next season to go to a home game? where ever they end up playing? imo

You need good jnr programmes, good schools programmes, development officers, strong amateur clubs. Then worry about a SL club.

No one is against RL in London, just the poor way the SL club in London has developed, or not as has been the case.

Not heard liquidation, but that they have served notice to pull out of SL and that Fev are willing to replace them without taking any Sky money for next season. Sounds far fetched to me (the Fev part that is) but there it is.
