Think Wakey should have won that at end. A few important wrong calls from Kendall cost them really. But at same time Wakey messed up by giving us 22 start.

Let's be clear here. If Wakey score from that ball that hit Aston like they should have. Cas had time to grab a winner so it wasn't a done deal.

That's cheating. It also shows we have refs who have no idea at all what's actually happening in the game.

I think the game is too quick for most refs and all players are trying to take advantage. We got a soft one in first half for obstruction.

I named a couple of examples but all the pens seemed to go your way in the second half and the only ones to us seemed to be when you did something silly like trying to milk pens. I’ll be able to judge better when I watch it back tomorrow.

FWIW I thought Cas were excellent first half and we were way too soft and got totally overrun....thought they did get quite a few 50/50's go their way though...2nd half we were more on the front foot and started getting a few more of the 50'50's our way....

It's sad to see the way the game is going thought in terms of milking penalties...Reece Lyne was penalised at the start of the second half for getting up and genuinely trying to play the ball whilst being interfered with....that after a first half with some ridiculous pens given in and around the ruck....then at the death Reynolds is flopped on...as blatant a flop as you will see...makes nothing of it and doesn't get a penalty...

Why too are some given as straight penalties whereas others you can hear the referee telling the player not to do something? example...."Peter...play the ball off the correct mark"...he knows he's moved off the mark because he's told him so...why no penalty.....not long after..."Junior...hands off the ball"...why no penalty...you penalised Pauli Pauli for exactly the same first half...

Just watched the game back. Very entertaining for two patched up teams. I think Tigers managed their bench quite well considering losing 2 key forwards. Wakey probably got their selection wrong with their bench packed with big lads and maybe should have tried to hammer us early with their size. Chester got it wrong IMO.

Very impressed with the Trueman/Aston partnership for Tigers. Corey has been waiting 2 years for his SL debut and looks set now to have a run in the team.
