The ref bashing obsession in this sport and especially Hull fans is laughable.

It probably shouldn't have an impact, but I feel as though it does which I agree is wrong, but the fact still remains that what he did is a penalty.

There is no penalty IMO if Scott Taylor or Ligi Sao tap him on the head and everyone walks away but technically there should be.

when something as simple disallowed try costs you the game its no wonder they get it in the ear, last night hull was shocking and deserve the loss but leeds loss the other day to catalan could of been a win had the correct decision to at least sin bin MM and that cost the the chance of a semi final

Seen a few people saying it was Wigan's reaction to the head pat that got the penalty. If you watch it again you can see Kendall blow for the penalty as soon as Griffin does it.

Yet in my post I don't blame the referee for the result, Wigan were completely dominant and relentless with their defensive pressure on us. However, the bits I did mention were ones that should have been picked up at the time. The French knock on from the kick through was particularly bad, in my opinion (especially as it ended up with Griffin who could have ran in to score - and what Kendall said had happened, didn't actually happen)

Ben Currie was sin binned for this in 2016 against Salford. It was a penalty, and a stupid reaction from Griffin.

Wigan deserved the win no doubt.
Kendall is consistently shocking and was well down to his normal standard. How the authorities thought it was a good idea to give him another top game after his appalling showing last week is completely beyond me.
If they give him the GF I won't be watching.

All the Sky commentary team missed it until the replays, while I was sat at home thinking where's the card straight after the tackle. Yes, Kendall and his touch judges should have seen it, but may have been unsighted. I'll have to give them a wafer thin benefit of the doubt, as the pundits missed it too. There's no question that Hicks ought to have been in Kendall's ear advising a straight red.

Catalans have had someone sin binned and a shot clock penalty, not seen many of them.

Wrong on two counts, he didn't get knocked out he got up in a dazed state and he didn't fail his HIA it was Jenna Brooks giving wrong information.

Very strange that LMS incident and something you’d imagine will be looked at with how hot the game is on head injuries. He was gone for all money, failed a head test and somehow got back on the field 20 mins later.
