| Yeah the real issue is the Shoulder charge, which was just plain dumb (though that only happens because of the Ellis penalty) and is just bloody typical of koppy
Though I won't ever not think Hardacre is a low down soccer grub for milking it for all he was worth, it might have been a penalty but that behaviour has no place in our game

| interesting stuff in this weeks league express, Martyn Sadler thinks ablett and his ability to milk penalties s who Leeds fans should be thanking for the win, he's always been very good at that.
another contributor suggests that it was Huddersfield's sportsmanship for drawing attention to hardakers "injury" to have the game stopped, which the incident was then replayed on the screen and the penalty subsequently awarded, some cynics would suggest Hardaker had got over his injury by then
but i agree with C13, it's the fact that referees only penalise one team for the same offence that both teams are guilty of, which frustrates, i would be happy to see a 30-30 penalty count if it meant the game was officiated fairly for both teams.

| Hardaker was injured. His legs were trapped by Broughs reckless scissors sliding tackle. He was limping after the game and on Saturday morning.

| There is no way Hardaker would have known if it was a shoulder charge or legal tackle, given he had his back to him. Plus some are crediting Hardaker with the instantaneous nous to work out what the VR outcome would be.

| Lets just get rid of match officials and let the crowd decide.
Seems to be the only way forward.
I have always found it strange that the players are never ever at fault no matter the scenario.
Leeds winning the Hub cap was down to Childs and Silverwood because it can't be down to the players
I'll let some think about that.

That's pretty much how it happens at some SL grounds anyway.

that could work, a bit like the old holiday camp contests where the winners were determined by how loud the audience cheered, only in RL it would be how loud the crowd boo'd and whined and in some clubs cases, how much abuse and swearing they could muster

Despite their best efforts it's singularly failed at Wakey.

Ablett is doing nothing new. I remember Fielden at Bradford doing exactly the same thing.
