It was a bad tackle, worth a sin bin, not sure about a ban though.

Still don't agree with the team warning rule, to be sin binned 10 minutes after a warning if a farce IMO.

It also means a player who has done nothing wrong all game can be sin binned for a minor offence

A referee can keep a team warning going for aslong as he wants, especially if it's in the same area time and time again which the team are causing an infringement ie. messing about at the play the ball like KR were all night. Plus, it's very surprising the majority of people aren't questioning Dobson's try with a clear obstruction. Oh, and Charnley's possible try when it was given a knock on. What's the flaw in the logic? Looked at from above, any ball will be touching a flat surface ONLY at a point along the midline of the ball. The "edge" won't be touching anything. Ever. It can't. There is only a single point, the lowest point, that can ever touch the surface.

If you want to make MORE of the ball touch the surface, then you have to apply pressure, and squash it. Still won't alter which point touched the floor first, though.

The 'superb 40/20' did'nt help Wigan win at all. They knocked-on on the first tackle.
