It doesn't say it anywhere but I am guessing that as they are Norths and CC Bears are just the North sydney Bears playing out of a different stadium that they would be, not that they have got alot to back them with.

OK, to confirm, the only Leagues Club actually potentially putting money in MAY be Norths Leagues Club. Burleigh and Tweed Heads are nothing to do with them and the Central Coast Leagues Club are not involved at this stage. Although on this very day the League (not Leagues Club) have come out for the first time and shown support for the Central Coast Bears bid. They were actually quite anti it initially.

Norths (Nth Sydney)
Bowlo (Nth Sydney) (this looks lik just a bowling club)
Seagulls (Tweeds Heads)

So in fact in looks like Bears only have two pokie clubs behind them.

where have central coast leagues club said they are willing to finance the Bears? Are you getting mixed up with the CRL saying they support their bid?

From what I can see of Bowlo club there are only two leagues club backing the Bears, Norths and Seagulls, and they don't have much to back them with.

if we added both ipswich and brisbane 2 wed blow every other sport away

its good seeing brisbane bids coming together but i think the broncos will fight hard to keep their monopoly

bears at 5300 members and still rising

it will also mean the brisbane lions will start losing millions of money together with the millions the AFL team in surfers will lose, so the AFL will be forced to spend tens of millions a year propping these teams up

lets strengthen queensland with what is looking like a very strong bid, let AFL go broke in queensland

TV companies have been telling the nrl they want more querensland product, lets give them 2 more teams to televise, which will lead to a massive ratings boost, increasing our TV deals
