He's tried this on 3 or 4 threads on all of which he's failed to provide proof, other than he reckons the Scarlets team were there on Friday which obviously given they were playing the Wasps the next day would be interesting to see why they went to Wrexham before travelling to Wasps or possibly already being there.

So the Scarlets team were at the game Friday which would have seen them travelling back overnight to Wycombe to play Wasps 3 hours or so away.

Think that says it all really. Can't wait for the UFO and Elvis sightings posts in the future.

Now how can I realistically prove to you via an internet Rugby League forum that I KNOW about members of the Scarlets squad attending the Crusaders game with freebie tickets??? All I can tell you is that a friend of mine works for the Scarlets (not as a player) and he went along together with 5 other people from the club. He lives in Newtown (which is in mid Wales) so it wasn't far to travel anyway.

Want me to try and get his ticket stub and send it to you? Why don't you just accept that there were freebie/complimentary tickets given out for this game and move on with your life!!!!!!

This is yet another example of a strange vendetta, carried out by several posters here on the VT, against the supporters of the Widnes Vikings.

I used to have genuine respect for all RL supporters. This whole licence system has changed all that. I’m slowly beginning to despise the game.

Your team has moved to the other end of the country, if you want to go and watch them it will cost you a lot more money time and effort and now lo and behold to stick the knife in even more someone tells you that this club are giving free tickets away and you didnt get one.........because you live in Newport or wherever it is you claim to come from. I've got my season ticket and the money is going to my club. If there are freebies getting given away then I would prefer to back my club regardless to be honest. My previous comment about wanting them was tongue in cheek and tinged with sarcasm but was obviously lost on you. The bottom line is........you missed out on a free ticket because of where you live in Wales and you are bitter about it. Don't worry though, I would feel the same if Hull FC relocated to Shorpe or somewhere, changed their name and gave freebies out to people and I had to pay.

When the Celtic Crusaders were in NL1, the supporters of most of the clubs in that division commented on the free tickets given out by the Celtic Crusaders. They also commented on the ‘Golden Angel’ tickets which were handed out by Salford far more. Widnes got stick from your lot for letting in a school choir for free, for the opening game against Toulouse and for the Salford game.

So, you have no moral ground to stand on here. Especially since you are not even in the same league as Widnes. As a result, the vast majority of Widnes fans couldn’t give monkey’s how many free tickets you choose to hand out, and most of the comments on this now come from your fellow Super League fans. Perhaps you should address your bile towards them?

You need to move on, because we did within a few weeks of the licence decision.

I'm no Widnes fan but clearly they should be in Superleague before a joke club like the crusaders who only got in because of the RFL's desire to expand the game......albeit unsuccessfully in this case.
