Your paranoia knows no bounds.
I'm struggling to think of how a picture of Stevie Hyper D links in with my post, could anyone else explain, or am I really missing something obvious here? Anyone got any ideas what Standee is going on about this time?

no paranoia, it takes an imbecile like you to stretch a difference of opinion to threats via PM, but small men do that I guess,

I would have thought that the Bulls performances so far this season would have shown that McNamara actually didn't do too badly!!
England at Wembley would be fantastic and with a double header IMO draw 60,000+

| This has probably been answered but I couldn't find it on the RFL website:
Have the fixtures been confirmed? Is it a double header?
The way to do it would be England vs Wales and Australia vs NZ.
A convincing England win to please the majority of the crowd and a competitive fixture between the two best teams in international league, and I bet both sets of players would be really up for playing at Wembley.

Nothing confirmed as far as I am aware. No England supporters would care about thrashing Wales. Then they would just enjoy watching the other match on the TV.

i think this has more to do with NFL being huge in germany and spain amongst other places and the game in london being much eaiser amd cheaper to get too than crossing the atlantic. i know a lot of people who will put the effort into watching the superbowel once a year, or even going to london for the odd game (because its a shed load easier than going to say, New York) but none of them actually buy any merchandise or bother watching any regular season games, they are too busy watching football and rugby.
news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/entertainment/7227794.stm
www.culture.gov.uk/images/public ... events.pdf (the chart on page 90)
compare the viewing figures in the BBC article with those for the Rugby League events in the PDF link) whilst the Grand final does have around two thirds the UK audience of the superbowel, the superbowel is on the BBC, which must contribute to the viewing fugures. The CC, even in relative decline is still watched by a few hundred thousand more than the superbowel.

| LMAO. sorry about that. i was eating cereal when i typed that, must have got my wires crossed
Bowl of cereal, cherrios - look likes O's, subconciously added in the O when typing, thats how it must have worked anyway.
although, superbowel about sums it up really. many people claim to love it, but most just say so because they want to get involved with the stellar mass of bullcrap hype that surrounds this event, at least thats my theory. Actually, the more i think about it the more i realise im one of them really and that NFL is almost always a mind numbing let down.
anyway, back on topic, whilst it makes sense to have Aus and NZ playing in london as almost all UK based Kiwis and Aussonians are concentrated in london, i fail to see any real benefit to england playing wales there. I even think that Aus Vs NZ need not be played in london, play it in the 'Heartlands' and you would certainly get a similair if not much larger crowd watching, its just that less of them would be australian or kiwi.

| i can see this working, if the RFL really work hard and pull out all the stops to make it happen. the main problem i see for people not going is the travel, so get in touch with all the clubs, SL, championship etc and subsidise coaches, trains, to get more fans to travel, also do some sort of ticket deal where a season ticket holder of any team can get a ticket with a massive discount, it will only work if the rfl really tempt people to go, a near full wembley for a test match would be great, and its true that it would be almost impossible for the media to ignore it so therefore great exposure for our international game. say the rfl works with all the clubs where they put on coaches which cost £5 per head, and a ticket maybe £10 per head, then anybody who has a season ticket for club rugby can get to the game, watch it, get back home for just £15. this is the only way i can see it being a success, anything less than 70,000 and it will look empty. also we should have a decent team so plenty of optimism.
what will the team look like? i would go
1. tomkins
2. briscoe
3. bridge
4. tomkins
5. foster
6. widdop
7. brough
8. graham
9. roby
10. peacock
11. ellis
12. burgess
13. oloughlin
14. robinson
15. crabtree
16. westwood
17. morley
should compete and with confidence and a big crowd hopefully get a result.

Agreed. They should get tickets on sale now and do an early bird offer. Maybe if you buy an England or Wales replica you get 2 tickets for a tenner?

You need to get yourself a dictionary lad. You never added an extra O. Otherwise you'd have typed "superbwel". It's the second E you need to be checking!
Superbowel?
Superbwel?
Superbowl?
Or is it Super Bowl?

Eng vs Aus & Wales vs NZ at Wembley. Wales vs England & Australia in Wrexham. Kiwis vs Aussies in London. England vs NZ at Galpharm.

they need to get a move on and confirm. i've been quoted prices for running trips as a club but it's still not announced and i'm not pushing it or taking money until i know what's happening for sure...beginning to annoy me now.
