If James Clare had stayed down after Dagger shoulder charged his head I think Dagger would have gone as well. But he sportingly got up.

The way Warrington succumbed to Leeds last night makes our win over them to seem somewhat devalued. As KettyKat stated they'd have had all on to beat Crigg All Blacks on that performance. Austin and Widdop were anonymous.

What the heck are you on about. Where did I say that Warringron per se were "crap". I watched the Leeds match and they were terrible. Even their coach said so. They were well beaten and nilled; their star halfbacks didn't perform at all. I can't really see what winning last season's challenge cup has to do with their poor performance at Headingley.

What I mean Cheshire is: Like myself, probably yourself and thousands of other Trinity supporters, is that when we beat Warrington a couple of weeks ago we were of the opinion that we had accomplished a great victory over one of the elite Super League teams, As it transpires, Wire have a season's success record of only two wins out of five; have been thoroughly thrashed by Leeds, being nilled into the bargain and their marquee signing a damp squib so far. Therefore, perhaps that "Great" victory of ours was probably not quite the accomplishment we thought it was........Phew!!!

I will remind you of that when the season is over ! Remarks like that can bite you on the backside, your the one who said our win was devalued ! and warrington only started to go down hill after we beat them, so to me that remark was an insult to the 17 players who played that day.
