Why does everything with you have to be compared with RU? It's a different sport played that most of us could care less about, played in different parts of the country (mainly) who's playing season doesn't even run the same as ours. Why not compare RL with RL which is all we should be concerned with. And why RU, why not football or summer sports like tennis or cricket?

But since you're so obsessed and want to compare RU & RL, let's do it properly. How did the last RU WC go? Biggest drop in attendances in the history of the sport wasn't it? The RL WC broke records left right and centre.

And how can RL gain more coverage when there's nothing to cover? it's the off season ffs.

Because it should be referred to as First utility super league now and not just super league, every NRL match or rugby league tv show i lose count the amount of times they thank Holden, VB, Telstra, Home and timber hardware, KFC and there is a few more. I don't mean the Rugby League press and sky sports should be writing piece about them but they should be referred to as much as possible.

2014 - £20k x 14 = £280k
2015 - £20k x 12 = £240k
2016 - £20k x 12 = £240k

Total of £760k which is very close to the rumoured £750k figure which could indicate that is the total value over 3 years . Of course, like everyone else on here, without the detail I am just guessing.

Sporting Life reports the deal as £750000, per annum. The figure per SL club may not simply be this divided by 12 as we don't know how much goes to the Championship clubs, SL admin costs, the RFL, etc.

He has actually completely changed the context of what was written.

The twitter itself had me momentarily confused, briefly thought either ETA were applying for a SL franchise or we had an additional sponsor from the lingerie industry.
