Why don't the Catalans like the Aussies anymore? I've seen a lot of literature criticising their recent imports, some of at least.

A total ban on alcohol and reduced trips to the nearby beaches would do some good to improving the culture of the club. If you take away the holiday aspect, maybe players will stop treating it as a holiday?

Someone like Maguire will change the culture and get tough on players but some definitely won't like his methods.

I know why McNamara was given the job. The owner would have spoken to Trent Robinson and got rave reviews. McNamara does seem to get props for his coaching methods from others in the game.

Fact is though he is a bad first team coach and I don't think he is strong enough to man manage players.

As long as McNamara is coach Catalans will struggle.
