Personally there are several reasons why I am not attending, work commitments,lack of intensity due to licencing, just a geneal apathy with the way the sport was going, it would seem the SL clubs agreed with me on that given their vote to change things

Work permitting I will be going to Headingley friday week and look foward to watching Leigh cross swords with some new teams next year, the challenge to the Leigh clubs management, and indeed all the other Championship clubs and whoever comes down is to do their best to build their income streams and fan bases to be able to compete in SL

The SL clubs have decided that opportunity should be available to all, good on them for that, that is the challenge for the Bradford Bulls ,if they are up for it they will be successful, if not, they wont

So, a plan to pay ALL trade creditors IN FULL is, to you, equal to a "fact that no creditors were to be paid".

Far from being "ridiculous", I simply report what creditors were told in writing by the administrator, at the time of the pre-pack. I'm sure you of course know better than the administrator who was a party to the deal, though. At least, in your head.

Oh, and while it is straying a little off topic, if you were such a creditor, what would you find insulting:
a) being paid in full over a period or
b) getting fsck all, ever.

The club should have been allowed to die, kicked out of the league because they no longer existed and, if required, a new club created that applied to the RFL for membership should have started at the bottom.
When the Cougars went into administration, again, they were only allowed associate membership of the RFL. They should have been kicked out as well along with all others who go the same way.
It's time the RFL grew a pair.
If the clubs realised the ultimate sanction was non existence, creditors/suppliers realised there was a chance of minimal/no return then the financial control at clubs would be far better and the clubs far better run.
Also financial reporting to the RFL would have to be a lot tighter and controlled more rigerously

You are confusing Grren (i.e. BBNL) with BB2014 who almost owned the club and ran it for a whiule but fell out with the RFL and walked. It was they who were sanctioned on the bais of their plans and proposlas. Two differnt versions of which were mentioned, with no specifics in either version.

Nobody knows what BBNL is doing about the old creditors. Not a word has been reported so far as I know. If it helps, nobody on the RAB forum seems to think it would be likely very much, and what little we know of the appeal, it isn't based on the repayment principle. But that is all BBNL, and that's a different subject to the one I was being asked about.

The RFL approved the three as fit and proper persons. That's a backward looking test. Nothing to do with any future plans.

The 6 points stayed at 6 points because the amount the 3 were going to pay the Adminstrator for the Club was not enough to warrant any points back.

After the 3 walked away, the RFL approved the new, new prospective owner as a fit proper person but how much the Administrator accepts for a Club from a new owner is nothing to do with the RFL.

Bradford Bulls still has the 6 points deduction as it stands.

The new owner is appealing this. The Administrator knows how much the new owner paid him for the Club (and therefore whether or not there was any cash left over for creditors after the Administrator got his fee).

Once the RFL Appeals panel has this information, they will be able to assess how many (if any) points the Bulls deserve to get back.

Yeah obviously. I'm sure the Leigh board right now would love to, are absolutely gagging to put the club in administration. Who doesn't love an administration? It's a wonderful thing. If it wasn't for the next owners getting a points penalty roughly 75% of clubs would go into admin tomorrow. Bar that points penalty it's a completely painless and entirely beneficial process. Everyone would do it every couple of weeks.

Leigh's attendances are less than half of those in SL and you have complained hundreds of times that they couldn't attract SL crowds in the lower leagues, in fact that was one of your criticisms of licensing, that lower league sides were at such a disadvantage.
