I'd just like to know things such as where the best area is in Sydney to stay etc in order to get to the game (and the bars!) in good time.

It depends what budget you've got but you can find any type of accommodation from backpackers to 5 star hotels in the city. It's a 40 min train journey to the ANZ and there's a hotel bar near the ground that get's pretty decent around game time.

There's also a members bar in the stadium which has a good atmosphere after ft, it's open throughout the game.

Sandow looked good for the Eels on Monday, but I can't ever see him as part of a title-winning team because the flaws in his game - defence and really bad pass and kick selections - show no signs of being ironed out regularly.

Reynolds looks good for Souths, I think in part because he hasn't had to take on too much responsibility in attack. He will get better over time though.

He gives good quick ball, has a good kicking game and tackles above his weight. That's all you need from a rookie playing 7.

Found out at the weekend that if you play in a NSWRL competition it makes you eligible for SOO so a Perth or Melbourne born and trained player is eligible for NSW due to playing in SG Ball. Go figure!

playing for North Sydney in NSW Cup this weekend apparently. Not happened since 2007.

Looks like Hunt will be getting a spell in the middle.

He's a good five-eighth. Would love to see him play there in first grade.

They were a complete shower against the Storm - back to their worst in all areas.

TBF Storm played like they did for the first 13 rounds! No team would have got within 12 of them on that form.

Was disappointing to see Souths not put up a better fight and maybe if Croker and Taylor has spent more energy on playing and less on being grubs they might have gone a bit better?

Melbourne were outstanding. A real top qaulity team when they play like that.
