If the Hull derby had been at the KC from when the fixtures had been announced at the start of the season, it would probably have been 22k.

Yes, it was effectively their home fixture. Can't see how more would have turned up if the'y known about it in Jan. Obviously think they have more fans then they actually do

I planned around the 'home' derby game being in July, that it was changed fairly last minute (within 2-3 weeks) meant I couldn't make it, I know of a fair few fans that were on holiday or were at work (kick off being 12.30 afterall) who would have made the normal home fixture. Not saying an extra 2k but probably another thousand I reckon. Given the terrible state of NCP (or whatever they call it) and the max capacity you'd only be getting a couple of thousand Hull fans there in any case so many would not have included a home derby in their plans for April both logistically and financially.

Because some season ticket holders, like me, when seeing two away games across the extended bank holiday weekend decided to book overseas holidays, under the impression I was not going to miss a home fixture.

i missed the hull derby as we went elsewhere for a couple of days over easter. this was sorted before the derby game was swapped round, so i'm sure others did too

think hudds fans who can only afford one home game at easter are looking at the monday one, with all due respect to salford. should be a big crowd at that one, possibly 10k plus

the OP is an fc fan so what did you expect from a dobbin who has just seen his teams fearsome pack destroyed by a fc pack made up of an assistant coach who had retired, a new signing who had only joined a week before and a youngster with about 60 minutes of SL action under his belt this season!

I just find it amusing Hull fans dont start threads on attendances unless their attendance has been boosted by a derby

yes more people turned up on friday with he problems we have! but we had 19,000 last year for the same game at odsal so would have still been the best supported this weekend

there is an attendance thread after every game on the Hull FC board

It was on telly and we have been poor & dicked in every away game prior. Did expect more to turn up but it'll get better when we start performing better.
