Well ive just checked the score for only the second time in the game, first being about fifteen minutes in and now I think I may need to go down Specsavers (other opticians are available) cos I cant quite believe what I have just read. On this weekend 12 months ago we went to Warrington with a depleted squad and were beaten 80-0...

What a remarkable turnaround in 12 months...we're playing some fantastic stuff at present, some fantastic tries again..

You can only beat what's in front of you and we did that brilliantly...and for anyone who wasn't at the game and sees the score...62-0 flattered Wigan! We could easily have had at least another 4 or 5 tries in the first half!

Don't let anyone tell you that was down to Wigan's injuries - they had several internationals on the field and some senior players who'll be first choice every week; Wakefield totally dominated them in every aspect of the game and played some superb rugby. Special mention to Jacob Miller - don't know what Chris Chester is doing with him, but he was absolutely outstanding today.

Amazing result as good a result of our 75-0 tonking of Wigan many years ago, I wonder how many mins into the 2nd half the Wigan Walk began.

I’m not sure which is the most remarkable, Wakefield routing an extremely understrength Wigan side, or Hull / Hull K.R. supporters managing to de-rail yet another thread.

We got over the line a few more times today and were denied by the ref. Would like to see the replays of all of those. Could easily have been 70+.
